These terms apply to your use of the DriveAndShip app and to auto-renewable subscriptions purchased in the app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app or purchase a subscription.

1. Service

DriveAndShip is a platform that connects users who need transportation, delivery, moving, route, and related services with suitable drivers, carriers, and service providers.

2. Auto-renewable subscriptions

The app may offer Premium, Diamond, or similar subscriptions. The subscription title, subscription period, price, and included features are displayed on the subscription screen and on the purchase confirmation screen before purchase.

• The subscription is a monthly auto-renewable subscription unless otherwise stated.
• Billing is charged through your Apple ID according to App Store rules.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled through App Store subscription settings.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple ID / App Store Subscriptions.

3. Payments and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled according to Apple policies through the App Store.

6. Acceptable use

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. DriveAndShip does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times and is not responsible for the conduct of users or external service providers.
